LA ISLEÑA is a Canarian company with over 100 years of history, producing pasta, cocoa, and chocolate.
LA ISLEÑA in ACUICONECTA: following a preliminary study on the incorporation of microalgae into pasta in collaboration with ITC, the company will contribute its expertise in food product formulation, as well as the opportunity to operate in a real industrial production environment. This will allow these products to reach or approach the market, thereby capitalizing on important previous results with a high level of technological maturity within the ACUICONECTA project.
